How to request deletion
You can ask Playzi TV to delete personal information associated with your account, public chat profile, viewing history, analytics identifiers, and login provider connection where deletion is technically and legally possible.

To help us find the right account and prevent unauthorized deletion, include as much of the following information as you can:
- Your full name.
- The email address used for Playzi TV.
- Your login method, such as Google, Facebook, or another method.
- Your Facebook app-scoped user ID, if you have it.
- Your Playzi TV username, display name, or public chat name.
- The platform you used, such as website, Android app, iOS app, or TV app.
- A short description of what you want deleted.
Facebook login users
Remove Playzi TV from Facebook
- Open Facebook.
- Go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find Playzi TV and choose Remove.
Then request deletion from Playzi TV
Removing Playzi TV from Facebook stops future Facebook access, but it may not delete information already stored by Playzi TV. Send us a deletion request so we can remove the data we control.
Google login users
If you signed in with Google, you may remove Playzi TV access from your Google Account security settings. You should still send us a deletion request if you want Playzi TV to delete account data, chat data, viewing activity, or other information we control.
What we delete
After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your Playzi TV account where reasonably possible, including:
- Account profile data connected to Firebase Authentication.
- Google or Facebook login identifiers stored by Playzi TV.
- Public chat profile details and comments that can reasonably be linked to your account.
- Viewing history, watch-hour records, and view activity tied to your account.
- Support records associated with your deletion request, except records we must keep for compliance, safety, or dispute resolution.
What may be retained
Some data may be retained when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, safety, backups, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. We may also retain aggregated or de-identified analytics, watch-hour totals, view counts, ad reporting, and service-performance metrics that no longer identify you.
Processing time
We aim to confirm receipt and respond within 30 days. If we need more information to verify your identity or locate your data, we will contact you using the email address in your request.
After deletion is completed, some copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until they are overwritten according to our backup schedule.
