Playzi TV provides free live TV streams supported by advertising. The service may be available through our website, mobile apps, smart TV apps, or related digital experiences.

• Account information: name, email address, profile photo, user ID, sign-in provider, and other basic profile details made available when you log in with Google or Facebook through Firebase Authentication.
• Viewing activity: channels or programs watched, watch time, video starts, video completions, view counts, session duration, and playback events.
• Public chat content: comments, display name, profile image, timestamps, moderation status, and reports related to live-program chat.
• Device and usage information: browser type, app version, device model, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, crash or performance data, pages visited, and interactions with the service.
• Advertising and analytics data: ad impressions, ad interactions, identifiers such as cookies or mobile advertising IDs where permitted, Google Analytics events, and aggregated audience statistics.
• Support messages: information you provide when you contact us, including your name, email, request details, and any files or screenshots you choose to send.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, personalize, and improve Playzi TV.
• Authenticate users through Firebase Authentication with Google and Facebook login.
• Measure viewing activity, watch hours, views, retention, app opens, and other service performance metrics.
• Show, measure, and improve ads that support free access to Playzi TV.

4. Public chat

Playzi TV includes public chat for live programming. Anything you post in public chat may be visible to other users in real time and may remain visible for moderation, safety, or service-quality purposes.

Please do not post private information, sensitive personal information, account credentials, payment details, or information about other people in public chat.

5. Firebase Authentication

We use Firebase Authentication to let users sign in with Google and Facebook. When you use these sign-in options, Firebase and the sign-in provider may provide us with basic account details such as your name, email address, profile photo, provider ID, and a unique user ID.

Your use of Google or Facebook login is also subject to the privacy policies and account settings of those providers.

6. Google Analytics and measurement

We use Google Analytics and related Firebase or Google services to understand how people use Playzi TV. These tools may collect usage events, session information, app opens, device information, approximate geography, and identifiers such as cookies or app-instance IDs.

We may use analytics to count views, watch hours, active users, session duration, channel popularity, ad performance, and other aggregated metrics. We do not use Google Analytics to collect information that directly identifies you unless clearly disclosed and permitted by law.

7. Ads and third-party services

Playzi TV is free because it is supported by advertising. Advertising partners may use cookies, mobile advertising IDs, SDKs, pixels, or similar technologies to deliver ads, limit ad repetition, measure ad performance, and help prevent fraud.

Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies. These services may include Firebase, Google Analytics, Google advertising services, Facebook login, hosting providers, video delivery providers, analytics providers, and customer support tools.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, support analytics, and deliver or measure ads. Mobile apps may use comparable technologies such as app-instance identifiers, device identifiers, or advertising IDs where available.

We do not sell your public chat messages, account email address, or Firebase account profile information as a standalone product.

• You may request deletion of data connected to Google or Facebook login by using our Data Deletion Request page.
• You may adjust browser cookie controls, device advertising settings, and privacy settings offered by Google, Facebook, or your mobile platform.
• Some information may be retained when necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business records.

11. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Playzi TV, operate accounts, support public chat, measure watch hours and views, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our policies. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.

12. Children

Playzi TV is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to Playzi TV, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13. Security
