1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Playzi TV, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Playzi TV.

These terms apply to Playzi TV websites, mobile apps, TV apps, public chat features, account features, and related services.

2. About Playzi TV

Playzi TV provides free live TV programming supported by advertising. We may offer live channels, video streams, public chat, recommendations, analytics-powered features, and account sign-in through Google or Facebook using Firebase Authentication.

Programming, channels, features, ads, and availability may change at any time. We may add, remove, pause, or modify content or features without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Playzi TV. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Playzi TV only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply where you access the service.

4. Accounts and social login

You may be able to sign in with Google or Facebook through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your Google, Facebook, device, and app access secure.

• You must provide accurate information when using account features.
• You may not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorized to use.
• We may suspend or remove account access if we believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, or a violation of these terms.
• Your use of Google or Facebook login is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

5. Public chat and user content

Playzi TV may include public chat while programming is live. Public chat is visible to other users, moderators, and Playzi TV. Do not post anything you want to keep private.

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give Playzi TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, remove, and use your chat messages or other submitted content for operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the service.

We may remove content, restrict chat access, or suspend users when we believe content is harmful, illegal, abusive, spam, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or attack other users, moderators, creators, advertisers, or Playzi TV staff.
• Post hate speech, sexual content involving minors, violent threats, spam, scams, malware, illegal content, or private information about another person.
• Interfere with streams, ads, analytics, chat, security, access controls, or service infrastructure.
• Use bots, scrapers, automation, fake accounts, or other methods to manipulate views, watch hours, comments, ads, rankings, or metrics.
• Copy, rebroadcast, redistribute, sell, frame, or publicly perform Playzi TV streams unless we give written permission.
• Reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or tamper with the service, ads, content protection, or measurement systems.

7. Ads and measurement

Playzi TV is free because it is supported by advertising. By using the service, you understand that ads may appear before, during, after, or around programming and may be personalized or measured where permitted by law.

We may use Google Analytics, Firebase, ad technology, cookies, mobile identifiers, and similar tools to count views, watch hours, sessions, ad impressions, engagement, chat activity, and service performance. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

8. Content rights and availability

All programming, video streams, logos, names, software, design, text, graphics, and other materials on Playzi TV are owned by Playzi TV or its licensors, partners, or content providers. These materials are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to access and watch Playzi TV for personal, non-commercial use. This does not give you ownership of any content or technology.

9. Third-party services

Playzi TV may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Google advertising services, Facebook login, app stores, hosting providers, content delivery networks, video providers, and support tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, privacy practices, downtime, or content.

10. Data deletion and privacy requests

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your Playzi TV account by using our Data Deletion Request page. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, backups, dispute resolution, or aggregated reporting.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Playzi TV infringes your copyright, contact us with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

12. Service changes and termination

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or limit all or part of Playzi TV at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for Playzi TV or other users, or use the service in a way we believe is harmful or unlawful.

13. Disclaimers

Playzi TV is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available in every location, compatible with every device, or that all programming will remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playzi TV and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device failure, or unauthorized access.

Some places do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Playzi TV and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Playzi TV is established, unless local law requires otherwise. Add your specific governing state, country, and dispute-resolution process here before publishing.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, app, or email where appropriate.
